January 2022 – Invoke Tax Partners is proud to announce the addition of Jack Nash to the firm as Senior Manager of Real Estate, marking the opening of Invoke’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Bringing with him more than 30 years of property tax experience, Jack will expand and solidify Invoke’s presence in the Northeast region and further strengthen our well-established coverage by providing enhanced local expertise and an intimate knowledge of state and local tax law.

“Reputations are earned, and Jack Nash’s reputation is of the highest caliber. Certain professionals excel in one area of their craft, whether that be client service, sales, subject matter expertise, or mentoring the next generation of professionals. Jack stands alone in our industry as a professional that does all aspects at a level that is rarely seen,” said Walt Rapacz, Partner and Director of Property Tax for the Northeast Region of Invoke Tax Partners. “He has earned a reputation as a true fiduciary of his clients’ matters. His sharp analysis of facts and circumstances enable him to provide the highest level of expertise, and his willingness to share his insight and years of experience with others enables his colleagues to excel to their potential.”

Matt Fossey, CEO of Invoke Tax Partners continued, “We are excited about the physical expansion of Invoke’s footprint and capabilities into the Philadelphia market. Having highly-experienced boots on the ground with Jack in the Northeast allows us to continue to bolster the foundation of serving critical local markets with specialized local talent.”

Jack began his career as a real estate appraiser at a national appraisal company in Philadelphia. He was employed there for five years learning the valuation of real estate nationwide while working in forty states. He then moved to a Philadelphia-based boutique property tax firm where he spent ten years focusing on valuation, property tax appeals, and consulting. After gaining experience that would be integral to the rest of his decorated career, Jack went to work for a big four accounting firm serving as Mid-Atlantic Property Tax Practice Leader for five years. That position transformed into the formation of a national property tax practice where Jack spent many years as a Partner, Senior Manager, and finally Director of East Coast Operations. While leading his region, Jack maintained his professional and client relationships all while managing property tax portfolios on a national basis for major institutions.

“I am ecstatic at the opportunity of contributing to an exceptional organization filled with talented people willing to serve their clients and each other. The chance to be part of a dynamic firm with new and innovative ideas, combined with honesty and integrity, is one that I very much look forward to,” said Jack Nash, Senior Manager of Real Estate of Invoke Tax Partners. “Having been in the business of valuation and property tax for many years, I’ve learned the art of adapting to challenges presented by the market, taxing authorities, and industry expectations. I find Invoke truly to be the most inventive and resourceful national provider of state and local tax consulting services now and into the future.”
