Director of Property Tax - Central Region
Alex Reedy is the Director of Property Tax for the Central Region at Invoke Tax Partners. With a strong focus on client retention and growth, he enhances strategic outcomes and client satisfaction. Leading a skilled team, Alex excels in securing real estate valuation reductions, conducting pre-acquisition analysis, and providing accurate reporting and budgeting. He leverages his expertise to expand the company’s presence in the region, growing the client base and delivering exceptional results. By implementing tailored processes that meet local demands, Alex is committed to achieving excellence in the property tax sector.
Prior to property tax, Alex was a real estate salesperson focusing on Office tenant representation in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His valuation experience includes lease negotiations, acquisition/disposition, appraisals, as well as utilizing both quantitative techniques, like cost and income approaches, and qualitative assessments to provide accurate valuations for buyers, sellers, and investors. In 2020, with 4 years prior experience in property tax, Alex joined Invoke Tax Partners in the Dallas, TX office. During this time Alex represented mostly office & hotel owner throughout the Central Region and generated significant property tax savings.
Alex has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Colorado. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
Alex resides in the Dallas, TX suburb of Richardson. When he’s not in the office or meeting with clients you can find him on the golf course, going for a run or watching college football with family and friends.
