May 2022 – Invoke Tax Partners is excited to share that Mark Fields has joined the firm as Senior Manager of Property Tax based in our Atlanta, Georgia office. Bringing with him an expansive business personal property tax background and wide-ranging skillset, Mark will add immediate benefit to Invoke’s National Compliance and Complex Industrial practices. In his role, Mark will take on various consulting, client service, and leadership responsibilities with a forward-thinking approach that will accelerate the continued growth of the firm.

Mark started his property tax career in a local assessor’s office more than sixteen years ago. Spending his entire consulting career in the Atlanta-metro with national property tax consulting firms, Mark has extensive experience providing consulting services in the fields of real and personal property tax appeal representation, client management, and budgeting. Gravitating towards complex industrial personal property consulting, Mark is heavily involved in compliance filings, assessment negotiations, obsolescence studies, fair market value studies, and ghost asset studies.
